Return & Refunds

Thank you for purchasing our product at Zain Collection Tudung Borong Website.

In the case that an incomplete, incorrect, or defective product has been delivered, buyers have 10 days to apply for the return of the purchased items.

Buyer may only apply for the refund and/or return of the Item in the following circumstances:

• The Item has not been received by Buyer;
• The Item was defective and/or damaged on delivery;
• Received Item that does not match the agreed specification (e.g. wrong size, colour, etc.) to Buyer;
• The Item delivered to Buyer is materially different from the description provided in the listing of the Item; or

All return and refund applications are subject to approval; please contact us through our WhatsApp number 013-4496602. If the application is approved, Zain Collection agrees and is responsible for shipping costs upon return process.
